Identity Verification Procedure

Step 1: Log into Your Account 
Access the platform by entering your username and password.

Step 2: Navigate to Account 
From the main navigation menu, select “Account.”

Step 3: Initiate Online Verification 
Click on “Complete verification online.” 

Step 4: Choose Your Verification Method 
Select your preferred method to complete verification:

• Continue Verification: Proceed with the process on your current device. Please ensure your device has a functioning camera.
• Complete on Mobile: An SMS will be sent to the mobile number linked to your account, containing a link to continue the verification process.

Step 5: Submit Your ID Document

• Select your country and the type of identity document you will use.
• Choose how you would like to submit your ID:
  • Take a Photo: Use your device’s camera to capture an image of your ID.
  • Upload a File: Select and upload an existing image or PDF of your ID from your device.
• Wait for confirmation from Yoti that your submission has been received and accepted.

Step 6: Review and Provide Consent 
Carefully read through Yoti’s consent forms and privacy policies, and provide the required consent to proceed. 

Step 7: Facial Recognition Scan 
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete a facial scan. 

Step 8: Await Verification Results 
Once all steps are completed, wait for confirmation of whether your identity verification was successful or not.
